Hello Everyone and Welcome to Day Two of Mark Finest Papers Blog Hop.
Today were featuring two favorites of mine. For my first card I'm using Coneflowers. I love that MFP artist did two stems. I had lots of fun water coloring my images with Tim Holtz distress inks. I used papers by Carta Bella and add a black border to each paper. I thought that the sentiment would be perfect going across the bottom stem and some black gems in random spots to complete it.
Up next I've created two cards using the Rose stamp set. For this card I used Tim Holtz walnut stain ink to get a light outline of the flower. I first stamped the image on a scratch piece of paper and then stamped on my water color paper. I did this so that I had fant lines. I then filled the in each line with distress inks in various colors. I really love that it has a water color look and how easy it is to achieve this look just with stamps. I later colored the outside and add splatters of back dots.

For my final card. I followed the same technique as I did above but later went back in to stamp the outlines of the image. I love that you can achieve two different looks using one stamp set. I use a doily die by Prima and papers by Carta Bella. I add the gems to give my card that add pop.
