Hello Crafty Peeps and Welcome to Mark's Finest Papers February Stamp Release. Today I wanted to go with a Brazilian theme card. Do you all remember the movie Rio!! Well this bird reminded me of the colorful birds in this movie. I used some chalk ink to make my background papers and gems for add glam.
