Hoilday Coffee Lovers Hop #2

Hey Crafty Friends,

 

I had some time to craft and I wanted to share another coffee card for the Holiday Coffee Lovers Hop. The front of this card doesn't scream winter but I wanted to share anyway. I decide to go with a winter blue and some red. I think the red clams the blue a little and I love the modern look of this card. I  created the triangle from Neat and Triangle "Tiny Triangles" die.  To create the pattern simple die cut what colors you want and then go back in place the triangles back into the die.  This will give you the same look only using the negative pieces. While each pieces is still in add a drop of glue working fast so the glue don't dry. Then place your card base onto the die and rub your hand over it so that each triangle sticks to the paper. When you flip the paper over the triangles should be in place. If some doesn't come out just use a picking tool and place them. Now from if you wanted you could add more triangles in areas you feel needs them. I didn't add more. I love the look that the die has already.  I use the cute coffee cup from the newly release Simon Says Stamp "Cup of Tea " craft die and the sentiment is die cut from "All You Need Is Coffee " die and stamp set by My Creative Time.  I love how well these products paired up together.
