All This Fall Talk!

Hello Crafters,
I've been really busy not. LOL!  I've been busy like the average human. Cleaning the house, making dinner, out with the little one, getting my craft thoughts in place. My oldest daughter started school on Wednesday. So I was asking a lot of questions. Ya life took over. Which is not new here. :-) Anyway last month I join this mixed media group that my DT sister Angela invited me too. This month theme is  FALL. I have to tell you all I was very happy to hear the theme for this month. You all know by now I love anything Fall or Winter. The funny thing is I got this done the same day of the swap which would be today Thursday. Not sure why I wait at the last minute. Well I could say I had so much I wanted to do. And I ran out of time. So be on the look out for these ideals to come to life. I hope to get them done and posted soon.

For my gift I made pillow boxes. I used my Art Philosophy cart. This is the very first time I've made a gift box with the AP. I know your think what are you waiting on. To make my pillow boxes I cut them with my Gypsy at 5.72 x 5.2 "WxH" I used card stock by Colorbox: Earthtone Warm Pack. I stamped the leaves  by Sudio G with Jenni Bowlin: No.3 Chili Powder Ink and did some distressing with Tim Holtz Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink around the edges of the pillow. I add some Spool o' Ribbon and cut the circle sentiment out with MPress Nesting Die. The stamped sentiment is from Sudio G. The ribbon is all the way around the pillow so it could be easily tied in a bow.  You could put pumpkin pie tea light candles inside.

I hope you enjoyed my post today.

Happy Crafting AJ~
