HIMCR-58 Scraps

Welcome Welcome,
I hope your Saturday is going as planned. I will be taking my sweet Liana to a fair.
And I hope to have dinner planned for Sunday. The hubby has duty so we wont see him till Sunday. I wanted to make him a special dinner.  But anyway today is Super Scraps over at Hiding In My Craft Room.

So get your scraps out and begin to create. Remember you scraps could be anything left over.

For my card I use Paper Trey Ink card stock: Canyon Clay & Ripe Avocado. Don't you just love the harvest colors. I do! Any way some months back I did a card using the same technique and stamp. The first time I did my card the pumpkin were in green and thought no orange. So to still use my scraps I used the green unripe pumpkins today.  Its been setting in scraps for months now. If you would love to see the first card go HERE I also used the Ripe Avocado which is from my scraps.
I add some ribbon, stamp sentiment is from Studio G and gems. The stamped pumpkin was done using verse mark clear stamping first and heat embossing. Then using Tim Holtz distress ink: Peeled Paint and using a napkin to rub off the extra ink. Giving you just an outline of the pumpkins.  I did go back and inked the edges with Spiced Marmalade.

Very simple and such an easy way to create a beautiful card!
Don't forget to stop by the other DT blogs for more inspiration.

AJ.: First, I wanted to say that I love your new blog make-over. It looks great. Second thing is, this card is absolutely GORGEOUS. I SO love the sentiment. And finally, that leads me, once again, to invite you to play along at Word Art Wednesday. Our theme this week is about being grateful to God for all our blessings. I hope you will consider linking up this darling card in our challenge. I've always wanted to have you join us, so I really hope you will take the time to swing by and play along with us.

Hope you're having an amazing and relaxing weekend.
