Hello Everyone Welcome to Mark's Finest Papers last day. Today I'm sharing a card and a layout. I have to say this card below is by far my favoirte. I just had to make a black and gold card. Do You Know What Time This Card Is For?

That's right New Orleance Saints. Who Dat said they gone bet them saints. I had to make this card to send to my parents. They are true New orlenas fans and my first thought was to make a card for them. And boy was this one a lot of fun. I must tell you all that I didnt have gold paper so I used some Pearl embossing powder on black card stock after dry embossing the fleur de lis embossing folder. After I embossed the folder I then used Versa Mark and heat embossed. I paper pieced the fun football in this stamp set. So what do you think of this card?

Now on to the layout
For this layout I used the fun baseball and banner. I really love that MFP has made a banner. The pictures is my 4year old at the age of two. We went to a Norfolk Tides game with our chapel.

Wow- what fun! My uncle lived in Nola for many years, so the who dat brings back so many memories, as he always prefaced his messages with that saying! He is nearly 90 now and lives in California now! Miss seeing him- he is my late Dad's brother.

I like your card and the paper piecing of the football.
Your layout is wonderful.
The Fleur de Lis embossing is a touchdown!! I use to be a football fan but nowadays the players are only in it for the money. Not a Dallas Cowboy fan. I do watch an occasional game. Especially like the Super Bowl. I do like the Texas Rangers baseball team.
