Pinque Peacock: Altred Tablet
Good Morning Crafty Friends!!
Happy Sunday To You All
Welcome to another Pinque Peacock DT Post!!!
Today I'm sharing a cool altered tablet. I pick this tablet up the dollar store a few months ago. I've used it a few times and the top cover ripped apart. So I thought I would recreate the cover. This tablet is for me to keep all my prayer request in from family, friends and church members. The papers is an old Target paper I picked up when I lived in VA. I used sequins from Guterman and the key is from Recollections. I add some beautiful flowers is from Wild Orchid Crafts. All the dies cuts and stamps is from My Creative Time. The beautiful paper doily is from Miriam's Crafting Supplies. Now this is the part you all have been waiting for... lol okay had to do that. I used Pinque Peacock Pearl Beaded Stick Pin. I also used Pinque Peacock Discount Hut: Felt Heart and Charms: Heart and Angel. For the felt heart I end up cutting it down the middle. I thought it would be nice to show a broken heart and how prayer can heal things. Its was apart of my first thought. I later decide I wanted my heart to be whole. So I distress each piece and glued them together. Which I think turned out to be amazing. Now you can see how it highlighted the center of my heart. I also used pink twine from Webster Pages
This is my favorite PP project of the month!!
I'm also including some close up.
I love this so much I thought it would be nice to see them everything.
