Hello Crafty Friends
Welcome to day three of Mark's Finest Papers Blog Hop. Today were featuring two fun stamp set called  Flower Block and Great Flowers. . My first cards show case Flower Blocks. This set has blocks of beautiful flowers. I used the larger flower in this set. I love the beautiful iron work with this flower. Its as if the flower grow on the iron in a garden. So I only found it fitting to add some embossing and gems for extra.

Next I wanted to use this beautiful flower but creating a panel. I use SC color theory inks: Coral Bay and Mint Hint. I really love the look of this panel with a black layer and more fun embossing. I layer it all on a white card base. I love how the chevrons come to an end. It adds more fun texture and layers.

Up next your seeing creations using my favorite stamp set out of the two flowers sets.  This stamp set is called Great Flowers. I just love the many size and designs in this set. For my first card I created a background with the lager stamped flower. I choose to use some brights and dark color in my sharpie colors. I stamp my sentiment and add gold sequins by SC.

Through The Craft Room Door: Anything Go  #97

Lastly I used the flower with a shade layer and outline. I had so much fun using my SC Coral Bay and Mint Hint color theory inks that I knew right away I wanted to use them again to create this simple card. I started by inking in Mint Hint color and then rocking the stamped flower in the Coral Bay. By doing this it allowed me the chance to create a two toned flower.  I kept it simple by using making a banner for the sentiment, add a black layer, cotton tread in the same color as the MH, and sequins by SC in the same Color Theory.

The various styles and designs from the team have been so enjoyable and I'm happy you are part of the blog hop as your cards are lovely. The one colored very brightly reminds me of Mexican pottery where they use so many flowers with bright colors.
