Mark's Finest Papers December Blog Hop: Family

Hi Crafty Friends!!
Today is our 3rd day of week two of MFP blog hop.
We will be sharing creations using the "Family" stamp set. This stamp set has a very old vintage style to it. I have to say my first thought of this set was if, but as I begin to play around with the images I came up with this one idea and I love it so much I went with the same look for both card. Now lets get to my creations:

Up first is a fun Father's Day card. I know what am I thinking about Father's Day when were celebrating Christmas. Well as I begin to stamp the image I could only think of a my dad and father's day. And I must say I'm not too found of the sentiments for this stamp set so I pull out another stamp set by MFP called "" It had that fancy look so I went with it. I really love the frame of around the man and know I wanted to show case it.

For my next card I tried to go for a vintage look. Seeinghow the woman has a vintage feel to it. So I went a cool grey color and kept this one simple. This is how I came up with my first card. Over all I ened up loving both cards and think they turned out great. What do you think? Great or not I like them. =)
